New Website Launched

Our new website is up. Here are some of the things you will find on our new site.

MERN Monograph: The Manitoba Education Research Network (MERN) with support from MCLE launched the second issue in its Monograph series on April 16, 2010. Written by Dr. Dawn Wallin, University of Manitoba, The Career Paths, Supports and Challenges of Senior Educational Administrators in Manitoba explores factors that influence the professional lives of superintendents and assistant superintendents. Follow the Publications link above to see the monograph in English or French.

The Educator’s Notebook: The latest issue is another first. Published by the University of Manitoba department of Educational Administration, Foundations and Psychology and MCLE, this issue was written in French, then translated into English and published in both languages. Study of Risk Behaviors in Francophone Students was written by Stéfan Delaquis and Danielle de Moissac of the Collège universitaire de Saint-Boniface.

MCLE Grants: For its 2009/10 fiscal year, MCLE is financially supporting several professional learning activities organized by partners:
